What Is Reiki

Reiki is an ancient technique used for stress reduction and relaxation and has been shown to have several benefits for both physical and mental health. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves the practitioner gently placing their hands on or near the body.

What to expect during & after a Reiki Session?

Everyone has a different experience during a session but some experience crying which is called releasing, some have visions, some get hot, some get cold. Some feel pulling which is a sign of the blockages being pulled from you and healing.

After Reiki:

Drink plenty of water after your session. Some people feel calm, peaceful, or energized. You may also feel tired
