The Crown Chakra, also known as Sahasrara in Sanskrit, is the seventh and final of the seven main chakras in the body according to Hindu and Buddhist beliefs. It is located at the very top of the head and is associated with spiritual enlightenment, universal consciousness, and the connection to the divine. Sessions can be done in person or distance via zoom/FaceTime but will require you to be in a quiet place with headphones.

2. Element: The Crown Chakra is associated with the element of Thought or Cosmic Energy, representing the universal consciousness and divine connection.
3. Physical Associations: Physically, the Crown Chakra is connected to the brain, nervous system, and the pituitary gland. Issues with these areas, such as neurological disorders or hormonal imbalances, might indicate an imbalance in this chakra.
4. Emotional and Spiritual Associations: On an emotional and spiritual level, the Crown Chakra is associated with enlightenment, peace, and the connection to the divine or the universe. When balanced, it allows for spiritual growth, self-realization, and a sense of unity. When blocked, it can lead to feelings of spiritual disconnection, cynicism, and closed-mindedness.
