The Heart Chakra, also known as Anahata in Sanskrit, is the fourth of the seven main chakras in the body according to Hindu and Buddhist beliefs. It is located in the center of the chest, just above the heart, and is associated with love, compassion, and emotional balance and will be great for one who struggles with these issues pertaining to the Heart Chakra.Sessions can be done in person or distance via zoom/FaceTime but will require you to be in a quiet place with headphones.

1. Color: The Heart Chakra is often represented by the color green, symbolizing healing, growth, and abundance. Some also associate it with pink, the color of love and compassion.
2. Element: The Heart Chakra is associated with the element of Air, representing freedom, expansiveness, and connection.
3. Physical Associations: Physically, the Heart Chakra is connected to the heart, lungs, chest, arms, and hands. Issues with these areas, such as heart disease or respiratory problems, might indicate an imbalance in this chakra.
4. Emotional and Spiritual Associations: On an emotional and spiritual level, the Heart Chakra is associated with love, compassion, forgiveness, and emotional balance. When balanced, it allows for feelings of love, empathy, and compassion. When blocked, it can lead to feelings of jealousy, bitterness, or a lack of empathy.
