The Sacral Chakra, also known as Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is the second of the seven main chakras in the body according to Hindu and Buddhist beliefs. It is located just below the navel in the lower abdomen and is associated with creativity, sexuality, and emotional well-being.Sessions can be done in person or distance via zoom/FaceTime but will require you to be in a quiet place with headphones.

2. Element: The Sacral Chakra is associated with the element of Water, representing fluidity, adaptability, and change.
3. Physical Associations: Physically, the Sacral Chakra is connected to the reproductive system, kidneys, bladder, and lower back. Issues with these areas, such as sexual dysfunction or urinary problems, might indicate an imbalance in this chakra.
4. Emotional and Spiritual Associations: On an emotional and spiritual level, the Sacral Chakra is associated with creativity, sexuality, and emotional well-being. When balanced, it allows for a healthy expression of sexuality, a vibrant imagination, and a deep connection with one's feelings. When blocked, it can lead to emotional instability, creative blocks, or sexual issues.
