Throat Chakra, also known as Vishuddha in Sanskrit, is the fifth of the seven main chakras in the body according to Hindu and Buddhist beliefs. It is located at the center of the neck and is associated with communication, expression, and truth & helps with these areas after your Throat Chakra Session. Sessions can be done in person or distance via zoom/FaceTime but will require you to be in a quiet place with headphones.

1. Color: The Throat Chakra is often represented by the color blue, symbolizing communication, wisdom, and trust.
2. Element: The Throat Chakra is associated with the element of Ether or Space, representing vastness and communication.
3. Physical Associations: Physically, the Throat Chakra is connected to the throat, thyroid, neck, mouth, teeth, and ears. Issues with these areas, such as thyroid problems or frequent sore throats, might indicate an imbalance in this chakra.
4. Emotional and Spiritual Associations: On an emotional and spiritual level, the Throat Chakra is associated with communication, self-expression, and truth. When balanced, it allows for clear communication, truthful expression, and active listening. When blocked, it can lead to difficulties with communication, fear of speaking up, or feeling misunderstood.
